Our Story
Founded in 2024, Jess brings over eight years of teaching experience within the beauty industry, specialising in lash extensions and lash lifts. With a deep passion for education and high industry standards, Jess is dedicated to helping students build confidence, master their skills, and succeed in their careers.
Jess is an award-winning lash artist and educator, most recently recognised as a London Lash Artist of Excellence, and a Finalist for Best Lash Lift Technician at the upcoming National Beauty Awards 2026. Her commitment to excellence and continuous development sets her apart within the industry.
She has proudly worked with industry-leading brands, including Elite Educator for Eyelash Emporium and London Lash Ambassador. By collaborating with a wide range of brands, Jess ensures her students benefit from the very best products, techniques, and up-to-date industry knowledge available.
If a product earns Jess’s approval, you can trust it will be included in your training kit. Likewise, all training manuals are continuously updated to reflect the latest advancements within the industry. Staying current is a core value for Jess and is reflected in the high-quality, in-depth training she delivers.
Training is available 1–1, in small groups, on-site, and within colleges, allowing for flexible learning tailored to each individual or organisation.
